Do you want to open a new children's home in Luton?

Hargate Healthcare are recruiting a Registered Manager for a children's home in Luton. The service will be home to 3 young people with EBD.

The successful Registered Manager will have an opportunity for the home to be built around themselves, having real inputin shaping and moulding the service from the beginning.

You will achieve this by:

Working with the Operations Manager to maintain the highest standards of care
Manage recruiting and staffing of a residential childcare team
Manage staff rotas and build and develop the staff team
Maintain high levels of consultation with young people about the quality of care they receive
Working in partnership with professionals, carers, and parents to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people

Registered Manager Benefits:

Salary up to £45,000 pa (negotiable)

Registered Manager Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Full UK driving license
At least 1 years' team management experience and 2 years' experience of residential services
