As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our residents

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Administering medication and ensuring that residents take their prescribed doses on time.
Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents who require help.
Engaging with residents in social activities and providing emotional support.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a similar care role, preferably in a senior care setting.
A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work shifts.
