Team Leader - Part Time

Hourly Rate:
£14.00
Hours: 34.5 hours a week - 3 days over 7 days, includes weekend working and bank holidays. 12.5 Hour Days
Our Team Leader will lead, supervise, and develop a team of support workers ensuring that the needs of our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

Main duties:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in order to compliment and contribute to the positive reputation of the company.
- To provide line management to a designated team of staff within a specified group at a location or group of locations within the allocated division.
- To undertake any reasonable traveling requirements in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role. This may include supporting other locations within the Division as required.
- To set and communicate high standards of care and professional conduct within the team supervised.
- To lead and support compliance with The Disabilities Trust quality audits.
About You:
- Previous experience of working within a care/support environment
- SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards within 12 months
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, being able to priorities, plan and organise work load
