Joining as a specialist Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting the growing range of products and services directly with a Portfolio of existing "Bronze" customers with cards turnover of up to £75 million.
You'll be responsible for establishing,managing, and developing long term profitable relationships with SME clients providing excellent customer service and maximising business opportunities.
- Full and extensive specialist knowledge of card acquiring payment and data solutions.
- Working knowledge of acquiring schemes, their drivers, industry dynamics, interchange, and future product service deliverables.
- An up to date knowledge of Industry related technical development.
- Knowledge of relevant third party suppliers (e.g. technology) and partners.
- Total awareness of the interests and relationships in existence within any prospective client.
- An exceptional profit performance record, ideally within a Client Relationship Management environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven success rate in negotiating at the highest level.
