We have an exciting role available for a dynamic, experienced property expert in our lettings team.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced team member who knows what needs to be done to provide an excellent quality home or commercial premises for our prospective tenants; someone who has an eye for making a property 'ping', can organise refurbishment of empty properties to a high standard to create a comfortable and homely environment, and can match our customers to our availability through a sales process.

Has at least two years' experience as a lettings negotiator or property manager (essential)
Has excellent sales and interpersonal skills
Has knowledge of project management and/or property renovation
Develops and maintains good communication with our contractors and tradespeople
Is selfmotivated, and also able to motivate and coach others within the team
Is imaginative and creative
Is IT literate

What you will be doing:

Marketing properties by generating effective advertisements, images and floor plans, and uploading them to property portals
Chasing up leads and generating new business
Arranging and conducting viewings in a professional manner, and closing sales
Working both 'in the field' and from an office environment; supporting your team, driving your performance and reducing delays in delivery of void properties
Working closely with contractors inbetween tenancies to ensure works to prepare and improve properties for reletting are done to a high standard and in a timely manner
Using your experience and knowledge of housing maintenance, repair specifications, diagnosing defects and remedial works to inform your decisions about intertenancy works
