We are urgently hiring for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team in Liverpool. This is a full-time position, and no previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer sales calls
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve team goals
- Accurately update customer records on the company database
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,550.00 per year
