Are you looking for a new and exciting career opportunity in Collections? Are you looking for work to start immediately? We may have the perfect job for you I am looking for Collections Agents to join an exciting business in the Redditch area.

There isan excellent starting salary of £20-£23,000 on offer depending on your experience.

Collections Advisor duties will include:
*General Customer Service and answering account queries
*Supporting customers who are experiencing initial payment difficulties
*Completing budgets planners and producing payment plans tailored to customers' needs
*General administration and updating systems accurately
If you have Collections or Debt Recovery experience this would be an advantage but is not a necessity.

If you have a strong Customer Service background and are confident on the phone this would also a great start.

If you are driven and proactive and lookingfor a new challenge this could be the role for you
