Do you have business development management experience, and are looking for a new opportunity in Manchester? Fintelligent is helping a well-established financial services company find a flexible, full-time Business Development Manager, and the role comeswith a salary of up to £60,000 p/a with uncapped commission, OTE £100,000.

As a Business Development Manager, you will design and deliver the plan for high growth within the B2B space of the Secured Mortgage industry.

You will also identify new growth opportunities within existing relationships and analyse management informationto support activities and growth.

Duties for the Business Development Management role:

Design and deliver the plan for high growth within the B2B space of the Secured Mortgage industry
Analyse management information to support activities and growth
Demonstrate values, behaviours, and general conduct in line with company standards
P&L responsibilities for Freedom for Intermediaries, including revenue, costs and gross margin
Grow business volumes on the road, expos, and cold calling

To succeed in this flexible role, you should have a background in the financial services industry together with an articulate and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders

Youwill also need:

Proven sales experience working as a BDM within the finacial industry
Proven experience of working in a target driven role
Career driven and selfmotivated
Money hungry and want achieve business growth
