  • Responsible for providing analytical and delivery support to the People Propositions lead in the review, design, develop and embed existing and new initiatives.
  • Support with the administration, coordination and insight gathering for cyclical processes and events
  • Manage the calendar of events for the team and work with the communication team to plan, promote and deliver on new and existing propositions
  • Support the People proposition leads to facilitate the DIB committees and other working groups
  • Maintain and continuously improve key processes and documentation that support the effective running of the team and delivery of our propositions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and act as their conduit, while typically using other support and expert functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the projects and client satisfactions
  • Identify shortcomings and implement improvements in current processes, systems, and procedures within your area of operation.
  • Support in managing external suppliers and partners including with the invoicing and procurement processes.
