Description

A new drivers mate position has arisen with The Best Connection Hanger Lane, working in partnership with John Lewis in Park Royal.

Training will be on a Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (will be confirmed closer to the day). You must be available to cover all days or training.

Job Details:

You will be with a van driver
Delivery of white goods (large electrical goods used domestically such as refrigerators and washing machines)
Heavy lifting will be expected throughout the day
The job is 4 out of 6 days on a rota basis across Monday to Saturday
Calling customers prior to delivery to notify them you are arriving or are on your way.
Using company device to input information throughout the day and contact the warehouse.
45min break deducted
11 hour shifts hours paid, 0.75 rest)
Am shift 06:00 to 17:00 £11.50ph
PM shift 10:30 to 21:30 £12.31ph

Requirements:

Verifiable references
Must be able to do heavy lifting ( could be lifting white goods up multiple flights of stairs with a porter)
Must pass company assessment prior to commencing job (Interview, Manual handling assessment)
