An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service professional to join this prestigious Cambridge based manufacturing organisation.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pm - this role is office based.

The focus of the role is to maintain strong quality relationships - servicing the needs of the customers and troubleshooting issues whilst maximising sales potential.

Responsibilities:***-
Maintain and develop the Customer Service function to deliver a first-class service across all accounts:

Handling incoming orders and complaints:

Entering orders and amendments on the ERP system:

Working closely with the production team to solve problems and meet customer needs:

Ensure orders are shipped on time through interaction with other departments:

Gather, analyse and provide market and competitive information:

Provide general office support in other areas when required
