As a Business Development Advisor, you will be joining a successful online team. You will work to bring high-quality customer service to the clients and customers you interact with.

A high percentage of the day/ evening, your role will involve being on thephone, helping and advising customers as to the right solution for them.

This is a fast-paced role, where you will effectively handle all business enquiries in a professional manner. It will be important to work with key stakeholders to ensure successful conclusionsto online customer enquiries. This role will involve some evening work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for taking and servicing enquiries from the company Portal
  • Responsible for loading and running campaigns on the dialler
  • Responsible for spotting and finding quick and quality solutions for businesses
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with key partners and stakeholders
  • Database management and reporting
  • Responsible for facilitating the successful conversion of calls to initial referrals to our various offices
  • To ensure a high level of customer care is maintained by ensuring that outbound customer care calls are completed
  • Help prepare reports for updating key stakeholders
  • Passing customer feedback onto key stakeholders
  • Customer experience research. Follow up calls to clients that have used us and those customers who have not

  • Ability to establish and maintain and develop a longterm relationship with potential clients


We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and for someone with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of business owners.

Due to the continual improvements we are looking for someone with a flexible approach and awillingness to grasp new tasks and assignments and campaigns at short notice.


You will be a good team player and will also be able to demonstrate that you are a self-starter and can work on your own initiative.

Full training will be provided.
