TEC Partners are working with a company developing innovative technology to significantly reduce agricultural methane emissions.

Together we are looking for a proactive, autonomous, team-player, and self-motivated engineer to join their team in Camden.

The role -

Support key design decision making alongside other senior and lead engineers
Provide highquality drawings and CAD for prototyping and fabrication of parts
Handson prototyping and building of test samples
Produce and maintain thorough and accurate design project documentation
Prepare, test, and monitor the progress of trials
Implement design changes that are evaluated for feasibility, cost, and timing
Support other departments with problemsolving and project activities

Requirements -

Degree qualified in Engineering or related field
Over 5 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience with new product development, 3D CAD (Solidworks, OnShape), 2D drawings, tolerance stacks, DFM, and manufacturing methods
Exposure to cradle to grave projects, FMEA, GD&T, handson testing, supplier management, high volume manufacturing, and CAD surfacing/assemblies
Medical device experience, agriculture experience, consultancy, and heat management (nice to have)
