Job Title - Sales and Marketing Director

Location - Leicester LE8 6NB

Salary - £75,000 -£100,000 +Bonus

Duration - Full Time

Sector - Sales and Marketing


Our client are leaders in distribution of spill and pollution control solutions, selling through a network of distributors both in the UK and worldwide (predominantly to the Middle East and Europe).


We are seeking a high performing Sales & Marketing Director to oversee the Sales and Marketing Function of the business, building and developing relationships with new and existing customers and overseeing the digital marketing team, internal sales team, quotations department and training departments within the business.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Experience developing sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Experience of sales and marketing at senior level
  • A good understanding of both working with distributors and the ecommerce market.
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel nationally and international as required
