Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the 3CX Phone System.
- Provide technical consultancy for the customization, deployment, and maintenance of 3CX systems.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to generate new business.
- Prepare and present business reports to senior management.
- Train internal teams on best practices in 3CX systems and telecom technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3cx Basic or Advanced Certification is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in telecom, specifically with VoIP and Contact Center solutions.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Prior experience in a consultancy role.
- Certifications in related technologies.
Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middlesex, HA3 8DP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- SIP: 5 years (required)
