Description

We are recruiting for a Structural Precast Installer in the London City area, with a proven track record, a keen eye, and references upon request.

• General Precast Construction project delivery with completion of projects precast elements experience.
• Responsible for leading and coordinating the production activities of staff to achieve production within the allocated timeframe and to the quality standard required.
• Manage a team.
• Reporting to a Manager you would be in charge of all aspects of a Precast Installation Team. Including Health and Safety, organising plant and personnel, have a strong understanding of quality and be willing to get handson.
• Maintain As-Built and QA records.

• Strong attention to Safety and Quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 3 years experience as a Precast team Leader
• Past general construction experience is favourable.
• Able to manage yourself and a team.
• Team player
• Comfortable with all aspects of General Precast Work
