We're a group of developers, designers and data scientists accelerating hand picked startups. Our services cover multiple parallels including concept design, branding, software development, business analysis, and funding.


We are now looking for an ambitious and self-driven
UI/UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team, you will be primarily tasked with identifying, developing and securing new business.


Responsibilities

  • Work within an Agile multidisciplinary team to design and deliver userinterface designs and journeys across our website, app and other digital platforms.
  • Work closely with a wide range of people from across the business to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and communicate design strategy and rationale.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into meaningful user journeys.
  • Design flows, wireframes and prototypes
  • Produce clean, sleek, ontrend and functional designs.
  • Identify and solve UX issues.

Requirements:


  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with design either from a previous role or an extensive personal portfolio.
  • An expert with Figma
  • Ability to produce high quality, visually appealing UI assets
  • Experience with human computer interaction.
  • Some experience in Photoshop, After Effects and Lottie would be great.
