The role


As the Office Coordinator, you'll serve as the "face of the London team," creating a positive impression for staff, guests, visitors, and callers.

In this multifaceted role, you'll support day-to-day office operations, provide administrative assistance, contribute to functional department initiatives, and foster and promote our unique culture.

The Responsibilities


Office Coordinator:
Ensure a professional, functional, and safe office environment.

Handle reception duties and make a positive impression.

Maintain overall office appearance and cleanliness.

Manage office inventory and supplies.

Assist with onboarding new hires.

Coordinate office functions and events.

Liaise with vendors and building management.

Provide general administrative support.


Functional Support:
Assist with planning and staging events.

Support functional departments with projects.

Collaborate with the Corporate Team on various initiatives.

Help coordinate training and recruitment activities.

Contribute to employee morale and engagement initiatives.


Administrative Support:
Support executives with administrative tasks.

Coordinate travel arrangements.

Manage calendars and schedule meetings.

Assist with document preparation and logistics.

Handle expense reports and timesheets.

Support leadership events and activities.
