Laser Setter/Operator
Our innovative and growing company is searching for an experienced Laser Setter/Operator to run our Amada Laser. The Laser Operator will be responsible for the laser production requirements producing conforming products to customer requirements.

Knowledge and experience with Tube Lasers and Press Brakes would be advantageous.


Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of the cut meets the required tolerances and specifications.
• Prepare raw materials ready for cutting.
• Set up the laser as required to produce the highquality components.
• Optimise programs for cycle time reductions.
• Organise and stack components ready for production or delivery.
• Daily maintenance checks.
• Be able to maintain a quick paced environment.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Detect and report any defects with the laser and material.
• Inspecting your work.
• Help out in other areas of the business if required.
