We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to work 1:1 with an SEN child at Bisham CofE Primary School, Church Lane, Bisham, Marlow.
SL7 1RW (Term time only) 20 hours per week Paid 44.3 weeks per year. 8.30am pm

We are looking to appoint a motivated and inspirational individual to join our schools as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant.
Our Teaching Assistants support the Class Teacher whilst offering insight, advice and guidance to help students break down their work and develop the academic and social skills needed to thrive in their classrooms.
Experience in working with SEN children preferred.We can offer you a rewarding role, providing you with training, a welcoming team, bundles of varied experience, whilst also allowing you the autonomy to provide support that you feel would be best for the learning of the student
About the role
- To develop an understanding of the specific needs of pupils to be supported
- To aid pupils to learn as effectively as possible in both group situations and individually
- To guide and assist the development of children's social behaviour, attitudes, selfesteem and skills
- Support pupils during break and lunchtimes
- To monitor, assess, record and report on students' achievement progress and development
