Position:
Full-Time Temporary Executive Officer

Contract: 6 months with the possibility of extending

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, Office hours 37 per week - Hybrid working

Hourly Rate:
£14.09 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Executive Officer to support the team based in Manchester Civil Justice Centre.

This is a case worker role and the skills required are:

Essential
Analytical ability and experience of dealing with complex data.
High degree of numeracy and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, internal customers, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable
Knowledge of HMCTS and the judiciary.
Experience of data analysis, use of excel formulas.

Requirements:

" Minimum qualifications:

Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.

" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
