We work with clients across the UK and Ireland including hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, charities, and individuals with a physical disability.


We are a small and passionate team of four based outside Glasgow, with several valuable contracted staff and partners based across the UK.

We are growing our team to help improve the service we provide to our customers.


Importantly, we're introducing this role to make sure that the individuals who can benefit from our products and services will be able to find us and the vital information they require to lead them on the path to better.


We have a very comfortable, modern, and well-equipped small office, but wherever is allowable we will endeavour to accommodate home and flexible working.

It is important to note this role is office based for the duration of the probation period, following which we expect a minimum number of working days in the office per month, which would be discussed and agreed by both parties.


Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:


To assist the Directors in promoting the company and ensuring a consistent brand message across its products and services, through targeted campaigns that increase and retain the customer base.


Job Scope:


You will be managed directly by the Company Directors, supervised by our Marketing Specialist, and alongside our Administrator and Customer Care Executive.

As the directors are often based out of the office, the post holder will work mainly on their own initiative and require a common-sense approach to their work.

This is a full-time, office-based role in our small office/warehouse in Blantyre Industrial Estate. Following probation there is scope for this position for home / flexible working.


Main Tasks:

Implementing Marketing Strategies

Understand the company's business objectives, products, and services to implement effective marketing strategies


This includes:
- identifying key marketing channels
- creating innovative campaigns
- effectively working within the marketing budget.


Brand Management

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts align with our brand and mission, maintaining a
consistent voice across all platforms.

  • Creating and/or reviewing company documents, creative assets, and media.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams & External Agencies

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies and ensure the company's objectives are met.
  • Engage and collaborate with external agencies, freelancers and companies as required
Monitor and Analyse Performance Metrics

  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools, and work with management to adjust strategies as necessary to optimise results.
Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or CIM qualification is required.


Skills and Experience

Essential:


  • Ideally 13 years of experience in a similar role with a demonstrated history of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tools and strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, social media, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with digital design packages (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Proven ability to work independently and to work well within a team, collaboratingeffectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of datadriven decision making and GDPR legislation.

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Highrise, Salesforce)
  • Prior experience or knowledge in healthcare / disability sectors
