Are you looking for a quality management role that allows you to shape training initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance? If so, this Internal Quality Audit Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.


As an Internal Quality Audit Manager, you be accountable for the effective and efficient development and delivery of site wide training, ensuring employees are competent and appropriately qualified to perform their jobs and ensure that all internal and external requirements are adhered to.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the development of site wide training plan in conjunction with Capabilities & Development Leader, ensuring that all mandatory compliance training requirements are coordinated and scheduled effectively.
  • Schedule, coordinate and deliver training, as required, to Operations Associates to facilitate knowledge/skills development for equipment, processes, procedures, etc.
  • Assist managers in the development of training materials, including On the Job (OJT) documentation, leader and participant guides, visual and job aids, practical and experiential learning exercises in response to technical training needs and objectives.
  • Ensure ways of working and processes are in alignment with (Global Quality Management Practices) GQMP 'The Management of Compliance Training'.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on training requirements and promote a highperformance culture by advancing site and company initiatives.
  • Work with Site Training & Development Manager to create and stay within the training budget for site, developing site training facilitators through Train the Trainer programs and coach SME's in facilitation skills.
  • Influence Site Leadership Team and line managers at site to effectively prioritize and support the delivery of required compliance training activities against their own priorities.
  • Educate customer groups on global and local training and development framework, processes, and programs.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience developing quality compliance training programs
  • Experience with On the Job Training (OJT) development and delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of Quality systems and investigations
  • Knowledge of the administration requirements of training delivery
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training
