As a Sales Team Leader, you will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Team Management, managing the day to day delivery of a team of sales executives.

As the team leader you will have accountability for ensuring key performance indicators are maintained by the team along with sales targets.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of people in line with company policies and procedures, managing absence and performance.
  • Ensure the delivery, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of sales targets, through the management of individual and team performance, along with motivating the team to achieve a regular high standard
  • Identifying areas of development and providing ongoing training & coaching
  • Providing ongoing feedback regarding individual performances
  • Conduct regular one to one's
  • Provide feedback to General Manager regarding individual and team performance
  • Preparing and submitting productivity and performance data
  • Monitor and manage absence and holidays

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience as a team leader or in a Senior Sales position
  • Proven to achieve set goals and high performance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Adaptable and capable of using initiative
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Exceptional Organisational and Time Management Skills

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
