As a Sales Team Leader, you will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Team Management, managing the day to day delivery of a team of sales executives.
As the team leader you will have accountability for ensuring key performance indicators are maintained by the team along with sales targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of people in line with company policies and procedures, managing absence and performance.
- Ensure the delivery, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of sales targets, through the management of individual and team performance, along with motivating the team to achieve a regular high standard
- Identifying areas of development and providing ongoing training & coaching
- Providing ongoing feedback regarding individual performances
- Conduct regular one to one's
- Provide feedback to General Manager regarding individual and team performance
- Preparing and submitting productivity and performance data
- Monitor and manage absence and holidays
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience as a team leader or in a Senior Sales position
- Proven to achieve set goals and high performance
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Adaptable and capable of using initiative
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Exceptional Organisational and Time Management Skills

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
