Hours:
Full Time, £10 - £10.50 per hour, plus service charge

In the busy months our maintenance team have earnt up to £200 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicate maintenance team.


As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of a small team, cohesively maintaining the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the hotel.

The ability to manage preventative maintenance is key, along with knowledge and understanding of fire safety.

You will be required to be 'hands on' expressing a 'can do' attitude.

Most of the responsibilities will involve basic repairs of damaged facilities, equipment, painting and decorating, at times you may be required to help the Maintenance Manager coordinate renovations and additional projects.


Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with any qualifications or exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.
