A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a global-wide company based in Smethwick on a 9-month fixed term contract.

Our client is well known in the metal industry, as they have been trading for nearly 100 years and have over 40 sites in the UK.
Hours of work are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
As the Administrator, you will be:
- Providing reports, prices and communicating with suppliers
- Liaising with new suppliers to set up accounts and inputting new contracts
- Setting up contract and transport lines
- Arranging delivery and or collection of skips via transport department
- Inputting pricing and checking invoices
- Dealing with customer queries and producing weekly/monthly customer reporting
- Setting up intercompany contract lines and pricing
- Demonstrating personal responsibility for all safety, health, environment, community and sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures and initiatives
- Supporting measures designed to effectively manage costs and adhering to budgetary requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements
- Supporting training and performancemanagement initiatives
As the Administrator, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a similar position
- A UK Valid Driving Licence
- Experience within WEEE is a preference, however, this is not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & Word
- You may have experience of the following: Admin, Administration Admin Officer, Insurance Coordinator, Insurance Specialist, Transport Clerk, Transport Assistant, Sales Admin, Office Assistant, Customer Service Admin or a similar position working within administration
