We are looking for a full time Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our small rural busy Preschool ideally with a qualification in Early Years or the willingness to work towards a qualification.

The post is term time, hours between 8.00am-3.15pm.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the company of small humans, doesn't mind getting messy and singing loudly to an endless string of nursery rhymes.

You will need a sense of humour and loads of patience but it's worth it for the WOW moments and the joy of seeing the world through children's eyes.

Key responsibilities are as follows:
To set up the environment for the daily programme and tidy away at the end of the day

To assist with planning, carry out observations.

To act as a Keyworker to a group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met.

To have a knowledge of child protection and how to report concerns

To attend training as required


Salary:
From £9.50 per hour
