£11 per hour You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative. Patience, communication and listening skills are equally important. Maintaining accurate records, time management and prioritising tasks will also be strengths. So, if you have the ability to lead by example, form positive relationships and energise colleagues to deliver exceptional care then we'd love to hear from you.

No day is the same, but it will include
:Responsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams
Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties.

You'll be motivated, positive and with great interpersonal skills, and you enjoy working in a close-knit team. You're pivotal in running the home, working with the Nurse to aid with clinical duties for the Home.

NVQ2 as a minimum
- prepared to work towards a level 3.

2 week rolling rota

Opportunity to complete CHAPs

Paid every 28days

Uniform provided

£1 additional pay for any OT worked

All bank holidays at an enhanced pay rate
