Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and have excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English, are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,721.20 per year
