DIGTIAL PRODUCT MANAGER

LONDON (REMOTE/HYBRID)

UP TO £45,000

Overview
Harnham is working exclusively with a well-known British entertainment company on a Digital Product Manager position.

This is a really exciting opportunity to managing CRO and delivering the development roadmap to improve ecommerce conversion and CRM delivery.


The role
You will be joining a growing Digital team that's working towards driving digital change.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

- working closely with the Product Manager and Technical Lead and working specifically on their booking engines product on their website. They are currently working with a third-party provider and want to bring it all in house.

  • Pulling requirements from the ecommerce team and manage the different features. There is a roadmap in place, but this will be key in developing that
  • A/B testing and ongoing development
  • Working with other teams' team and looking at pricing with the revenue team
  • Cross functional managing of projects and squads

The experience
You will ideally have some of the following experience:

  • Digital product management experience
  • Specialist understanding of ecommerce & customer journey optimisation
  • Proven track record of delivering quality digital improvements, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
  • Trained to a high level using digital analytics and performance measuring tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience of leading A/B test (preferably in Google Optimize)
  • Good knowledge of digital industry and mobile/web product development
  • Good knowledge and experience of CRM database management or data feed management (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience in some of our tech stack beneficial: Azure, Accesso, Umbraco, Salesforce, Google Tech suite, Power BI, MS Teams
  • Educated to degree level

The benefits
You will receive up to £45,000 per annum and other benefits including a bonus and discounts.
