    Description

    Job Summary:

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business, handling day-to-day office tasks and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage calendars and emails related to office operations and installation projects.
    2. Collaborate with the Office Manager and Director of Operations to optimize job schedules and implement effective data recording practices.
    3. Ensure accuracy and currency of sales and installation data.
    4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to identify sales opportunities and facilitate up-selling and cross-selling.
    5. Conduct regular follow-ups on potential sales in accordance with internal sales processes.
    6. Address and document customer complaints or concerns, promptly reporting them to the Office Manager.
    7. Oversee customer relationships from initial contact through to job completion.
    8. Update orders and feedback spreadsheets daily.

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    1. Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
    2. Strong communication and administrative skills.
    3. Capacity to build productive relationships with suppliers.
    4. Excellent attention to detail.
