Job Role:
Payroll Manager
Salary:
£40,000 plus 10% bonus
Location:
West Midlands
One of the UK's largest retailers are seeking a talented and well experience payroll manager to join their growing team and put their mark on a fantastic company.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the team deliver arcuate payroll.
- Coaching and mentoring the team, giving training when required.
- Reporting payroll to key Finance stakeholders.
- Dealing payroll quires and communicating with HMRC, pension and software providers on a regular basis.
- Managing team performance.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll management.
- Experience managing high volumes of payroll up to 5000 employees.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis.
