Job Role:
Payroll Manager

Salary:
£40,000 plus 10% bonus

Location:
West Midlands

One of the UK's largest retailers are seeking a talented and well experience payroll manager to join their growing team and put their mark on a fantastic company.

Main Duties:

Supporting the team deliver arcuate payroll.
Coaching and mentoring the team, giving training when required.
Reporting payroll to key Finance stakeholders.
Dealing payroll quires and communicating with HMRC, pension and software providers on a regular basis.
Managing team performance.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll management.
Experience managing high volumes of payroll up to 5000 employees.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
The ability to communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis.
