Finance Officer - Team Lead
Cox of Torbay

Cox of Torbay are a successful family-owned company that has been in business for over 50 years serving our local community.

Currently, we are looking to recruit a Finance Officer - Team Lead who will support our small finance and payroll team and report directly to the Directors.

The workload will be varied and the key duties will involve but are not limited to:

Coordinating and supporting the finance team
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Leading on annual audits
Leading on HR queries, administration, payroll and pensions
Produce reconciliations and reports
VAT returns
Bank reconciliations
Processing customer and supplier invoices
Finance administration
Research and developments as required by the finance department
Laws and regulations that affect the company are adhered too
Ability to assist with other ad hoc duties and covering for staff absences as and when required

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be proactive, conscientious, flexible and comfortable working to timescales.
