Facilities Assistant


Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in London with the recruitment of a Facilities Assistant to support their busy teams.


  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: London
  • Duration: 68 weeks
  • Pay: £14.50 per hour (via an umbrella company)

Duties:


  • Deal with enquiries from staff and students in a polite and welcoming manner
  • Receive, record and sort incoming / outgoing post
  • Move and lay out furniture as requested
  • Deal with incoming deliveries and ensure paperwork is correct
  • Complete tasks and log work on internal system
  • Previous experience in facilities, portering or estates is ideal
