This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate legal assistant to join a really well regarded and long-standing multi-service practice in the heart of Coventry, Warwickshire within their highly regarded residential conveyancing department.

They are looking to bolster their current residential property offering with the hire of a legal assistant to work alongside an experienced conveyancing solicitor.

You'll provide support on a varied (non-volume) caseload of conveyancing transactions from instructionthrough to completion and post completion.

You'll have previous residential conveyancing experience either as a legal assistant or paralegal and have had exposure to a variety of matters (sale, purchase, leasehold, freehold, right to buy, shared ownership, remortgage etc).
