Imagine a future where you provide the Hornsea 3 project with a smooth and professional running cables site office, offering both practical and administrative support


Join us in this role where you'll support the Cable teams at the main office in Oulton near Norwich and occasionally also support the 3 satellite offices within a 60 kilometres drive.


Welcome to Project & Site Support

You'll be part of UK Portfolio where you, together with your colleagues based in UK, Denmark, and Poland, will be supporting the Hornsea 3 project, building the world largest offshore wind farm with administrative and practical support.

Your daily colleagues in the project will be the Export Cables team members in Norfolk, whom you will support, making sure they have optimal conditions on site.

As a team, we are supportive, help each other and collaborate across distance.

We set up knowledge sharing sessions to share our learnings with each other and assign buddies to newcomers to help you feel welcome.


You'll play an important role in:

  • creating purchase orders for our site consumables (stationary, lunches, etc.)
- arranging meetings and event management for the site team
- supporting contract managers with minor procurements and POs
- managing training for the site team
- assisting with the management of PPE and equipment at site, such as monitor levels etc.


To succeed in the role, you:

  • have moderate experience in administration on a construction, oil and gas, or offshore site or similar working environment
- are positive and energetic and have a welcoming manner
- have strong organisational and administrative skills
- are familiar with the Microsoft Office package, incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably also SAP.
