They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their supportive team of HR professionals.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to support the business with a range of people related activities, in the context ofdelivering against their People Strategy priorities and support their culture maturity journey.


Job description


In this role you will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will provide strategic partnering and HR support, working as a 'critical friend' and coach to key stakeholders in an allocated group within the organisation or on a specific project team.

You will collaborate with a range of colleagues to deliver appropriate, timely and effective people interventions and initiatives designed to enable organisational change in line with their Business and People Strategy and work towards our client culturalmaturity aspirations.


Person specification


To be successful in this role you will be full or part-qualified member (Level 5) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or have equivalent professional qualification or HR knowledge.


A broad knowledge of employment law will be key to this role, and this will be applied to mitigate risks around decision making or implementation.

As well as being able to use a range of communications styles and approaches in different situations and differentaudiences, you can make strong influential relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including employee representatives, influencing business outcomes and decisions.

You can successfully facilitate the change of management techniques, championing the importance of engaging people in the change. You will have generalist HR experience in a unionised, multi-site organisation.

In addition, you will have experience of analysingand interpreting data to create and present evidence-based insight and recommendations, using data to add value and highlight risks.


Qualifications


Full or part-qualified member (Level 5) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent professional qualification or HR knowledge and experience.
