About Our Client:
The client is an established organisation based in Harwell, Didcot. The client is widely renowned in their field, with amenities on-site.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Re-charging between multiple entities
- Raising POs and Invoices
- Dealing with external customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Using Microsoft Dynamix to enter data (ensure correct coding and project setup)
- Processing Rental/Service Charge Invoices and producing Aged Debtor Reports
- Banks and Account reconciliation
- Processing Month end journals
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Processing Weekly Payment Run
- Account Analysis
- Assisting in yearend audits
The Successful Applicant:
The Accounts Assistant will have/be:
- Immediately available/available on shortnotice
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of processing supplier invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
- Worked with Microsoft Dynamics not required but very helpful
- Building and sustaining highquality relationships with your colleagues and suppliers
- Good numeracy skills and excellent written skills
- Confident selfstarter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
