Full time

Salary £30-45,000 DOE, negotiabl30,000e.

Office based with some flexibility.

Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established Law Firm in the Midlands, to recruit for a New Build Conveyancer to join a new and exciting team.

The firm has recently expanded its Conveyancing services to a new office.

An exciting opportunity for Property Law Solicitors who are looking to specialise in New Builds and build on their networking and client relationships.

The Role:

Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to completion including sale & purchase, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
Developing professional relationships, both with clients and other potential sources of work
Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.

You will have:

Hol a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitors, CILEx or CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
Be organised and process driven.
Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
Be IT literate with experience of using a web0based case management system.
