Description
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

  • Maintain a database of customer information
  • Escalate enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Checking product or service availability ensuring all orders are delivered on time
  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation (new client onboarding)
  • Passing customer feedback onto the relevant team to improve the organisation's offerings
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Build and promote healthy, longlasting customer relations by partnering with them
  • To deliver excellent customer service to our client base
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high quality, is technically correct and is in line with Company and Client requirements
  • Collaborate with our design and marketing departments to produce copy for advertisements or articles
  • Liaise closely with the customers maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake work required
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally with all necessary departments using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • To arrange and attend business meetings where necessary
  • Attend any trade show / networking event / seminar according to the needs of the business

  • Must possess a good command of the English language and furthermore produce written communications that demonstrate this.
  • Must always have a clean and smart appearance (a tie is not required).

  • Excellent administration, organisation, and clerical skills.
  • An independent and proactive individual who can work systematically.
  • An ability to communicate effectively and work well with all levels across the Company

Salary:
£9.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
