College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences / School of History, Classics and Archaeology

Full time, 35 hrs per week
**Open-ended (Permanent)

We are looking for an administrator to provide high quality administrative support to History, Classics and Archaeology researchers and to join the School's Research, Knowledge Exchange and Impact Team.


The Opportunity:


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Typically relevant administrative work experience in a similar environment
  • Strong IT skills, and the ability to quickly learn how to use a range of new packages including nonstandard systems
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail (particularly in maintaining financial data)
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new processes and sustain a high performance whilst working under pressure
