Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Read blueprints and drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure efficient plumbing system installation
  • Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on plumbing projects

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pipes or equipment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Pay:
£22.00-£23.50 per hour


Schedule:

Experience:


  • Pipefitter/Plumber: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Wallsend (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Wallsend: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
