Insurance Customer Service Executive

Haywards Heath (Parking on site)

The role is a varied role dealing with incoming queries, focusing on pet insurance, dealing with customer service, sales quotations, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer queries.
- Policy administration.
- Proactively follow up insurance enquires and quotations.
- Ensure the CRM system is updated accurately.
- Gaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company products.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure company and regulatory policies are adhered to.
- Proven customer service, contact centre background
- Great communication skills and great attention to detail
- Good IT skills and have used CRM systems.
- Passion for animals and pets.
- Confident and personable with a strong work ethic.
