Skylar Solar is a fast-growing Renewable Energy company, made up of a team of passionate individuals who are on a mission to become the UK's leading, rapidly scaling, Renewable energy provider.

We are a small but passionate team, centred around a shared vision.

As the Marketing Executive of Skylar Solar, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating a range of marketing activities to promote Skylar's services and products to a consumer and business market with a sole purpose to generate leads for the sales team.

You'll need to be enthusiastic, a team player but equally somebody who is able to work primarily under their own initiative.

You will have a experience and confidence in social media management across all platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, along with a desire to stay up-to-speed with updates and feature rollouts to ensure that we're continually maximising opportunities to achieve results for the Sales team.

We're looking for someone who's delivered results in their previous role(s), can confidently hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas and make the role their own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales team and Directors to continuously develop our Marketing approach
• Design and Execute Facebook Ad's
• Oversee the daytoday running of all company social media channels
• Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry
• Measure the success of all marketing campaigns against campaign KPI's via monthly reporting and action optimisations based on data insights
• Design and execute Mail Chimp campaigns
• Ability to update and maintain company website

Role Requirements:

• 1+ years in a Marketing role
• B2C and B2B marketing experience
• Exceptional ability to write multiple variations of highquality, compelling and engaging copy in line with brand messaging and campaign objectives
• High proficiency in analytical tools and data interpretation to make insightdriven decisions that improve performance and results
• Experience and familiarity with major social media platforms, social media management and customer engagement tools, ideally Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn,
• A passion for social media and content
• Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to multitask
