We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join us in our
brand new West Midlands Depot.


You will ensure the timely and complete scheduling of all Planned Maintenance, Reactive repair and quoted works visits by Service Engineers to customer sites.

This scheduling should include efficient route-planning to maximising Engineers' productive time and liaising with customers, so they are aware of and happy with our planned visit.


You will

  • Have previous experience of remote organising and planning of engineers/resource in a large geographical area.
  • Have efficient route scheduling experience.
  • Need excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Be confident in the use of Microsoft and related IT systems.

  • Wednesbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
