EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a mid to high end property company to recruit a Property Manager to oversee their portfolio of 50 properties within Marylebone and the surrounding areas.
As the Property Manager you will be dealing with all aspects of property management including maintenance works, ensuring that the portfolio is compliant with lettings regulations, renewals and general enquiries.
The Property Manager role is offering a salary of
£30k - £35k per annum with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Overseeing a portfolio of 50 properties (40 owned by the company)
- Dealing with maintenance issues (liaising with contractors)
- Renewals
- Amending tenancies
- Deposit registration and returns
- Chasing rent arrears
- EPC, Gas Safety Certs and EICRs
- Dealing with enquiries
- Inspections
- Working closely with the Assistant Property Manager
Package/Benefits:
- £30k - £35k salary per annum
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am 6.00pm
- Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays

Experience/skills required:
- Experience in a property management role
