Management Trainee, Nottingham


Salary:
£25,000


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Implement sales strategies and techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Support the management team in daily operational tasks

Requirements:


  • Sales background preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
Must be able to start immediately
