Description
This role is a hybrid working set up with 2 days from home, 2 days from the Milton Keynes office and 1 day from their customers site in Lutterworth.

- Annual Salary of £23,500
- Hybrid Working 2 days from home / 2 days in MK office / *1 day in Lutterworth office
- Great hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am 5.30pm

Duties for the Customer Service Executive
- As Customer Service Executive you will report to the Customer Service Manager and primarily focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring that key measures of success are achieved.
- Working alongside the Business Managers, as Customer Service Executive you will ensure that customers commercial targets are met.
- Gain an indepth knowledge of their customers requirements to ensure that their needs are met.
- The Customer Service Executive will attend monthly and weekly customer meetings, providing feedback on levels of service performance.
- Work with customers to ensure they are maximising productivity with their product.
The ideal Customer Service Executive
- Naturally be a people person who enjoys building relationships with people over the phone or face to face.
- Be able to multitask and prioritise their workload.
- Having a willingness to learn and be techsavvy
