Sales & Letting Negotiator ( Trainee considered ) - 5 days a week

Alternate Saturday working is required as part of a 5 day working week

Experience is not essential, good IT and administration ability is required.

Location:
Bexleyheath Kent

Basic Salary £24,000 + commission OTE expected £30,000plus Salary advertised may vary depending on age & experience.

We are recruiting for a
Full-time
Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

The role is to generate and book valuations, promote viewings of properties we have on the market, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales and rentals through to completion.

In addition, you will be required to undertake property inspections in tenanted properties on behalf of our landlords, draft tenancy agreements and have or be willing to learn knowledge of the current legislation and requirements to rent a property.

This role requires learning an in-house software platform.

What we are looking for:

Good Customer Service Experience
Confident, positive and friendly
A Full UK driving licence holder with own car
Work well in a team
Excellent customer service skills
Good level of competency in Math and English
IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Digital Photos & Social media
Good knowledge of Bexleyheath and local area.

Working Hours:
Weekdays 9am - 6pm

Saturday Hours 9am - 5pm.
- alternate Saturday working is required as part of a 5 day working week
