Working for this well-known Leicester based retail brand in the finance team you'll have unlimited potential for progression as well as study support to push forward your career whilst working alongside some fantastic mentors in the business.

You'll be working in a small finance team and need to have the right attitude to succeed in this role, having the drive to go the extra mile day to day as you take on more responsibility as your role evolves.

To begin you'll be getting involved in the transactional finance processes managing the sales and purchase ledger assisting with bank and cash recs, ideally you'll have been doing this for a year or two already and be confident with best practice of thisarea of finance.

You'll then move on to getting involved in supporting with the preparation of management accounts with month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations as well as managing the fixed asset register and reporting to the CFO where you'll get exposure tothe next natural step in your career.

Working from the head office based in LE4 you'll generally work 9-5:30 but during busy periods of month and year end there will be the potential for overtime hours as required, you'll benefit from 20 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as full studysupport for AAT/ACCA/CIMA with additional days off around exam season.
